30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at hello@thetallowcompany.com to start the return process.
- Returns should be mailed to: 119 rue Saint-Pierre, Rigaud, J0P1P0, Qc, Canada.
- Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon reception. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Note: Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges
- For an exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
